Market Trends:

In August, single-family detached homes saw a 14.9% increase in median sales price to $737,500, and a 13.8% rise in average sales price to $987,552. The percent of original list price received dropped by 1.9% to 96.1%, and the days on market increased by 19.2% to an average of 31 days. Inventory grew by 39%.
 
For townhouse-condo properties, the median sales price rose by 0.9% in August, with a 6.6% increase in average sales price. Days on market jumped 40.9%, averaging 31 days, and inventory grew by 36.5%.
